From Courtroom Strategy to Business Transformation

Melhina Magaña began her career in criminal law at Nassar, Nassar y Asociados, later joining Nextel to coordinate the national Criminal Litigation team. Those years taught her how systems, evidence, and human behavior intersect under pressure. Instead of staying in the legal track, she redirected that strategic mindset toward a different arena: organizational performance. Co-founding Daucon, she moved from defending cases to redesigning companies—building methodologies that turn leadership intentions into observable, repeatable behaviors across entire organizations.

Designing High Performance for Emerging Markets

As Co-Founder & CEO of Daucon, Melhina Magaña has worked with more than 75 top-tier clients—including Nestlé, Sanofi, GSK, Henkel, Volaris and Mondelēz. Her focus is singular: designing performance methodologies that drive superior business outcomes and are built for the realities of Latin America, rather than importing models from other regions. She integrates research, behavioral science, neuroscience, and business practice into scalable frameworks adopted by leaders and enterprises. Her work has reached more than 75,000 people and delivered thousands of documented improvement actions.

Performance Research & Proprietary Methodologies

Leading the research project “High Performance: Sustained Excellence,” she works with C-level leaders across Latin America to identify the structural and behavioral drivers of sustained results. Her approach combines behavioral insight with rigorous, numbers-driven execution—translating concepts such as emotional salary, multigenerational leadership, and motivation into operating systems that can be measured and scaled. At Daucon, she authors and develops proprietary methodologies, positioning the firm as a methodology house focused on performance architecture and enterprise-level behavioral transformation.
